Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping Policy:
All orders are delivered within 3-5 working days.
Working days are Saturday to Thursday.
Items that are made to order take up to 7 days for manufacturing before they are dispatched.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Gelati. If for any reason you are not, we’ve outlined our return policy below.
Returns and Exchanges:
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
You have the right to refuse delivery of an order before the courier leaves your doorstep at no extra cost.
We do not accept partial refusal of packages when your order is being delivered.
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact our customer support team at [support@gelati.me] with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
Our team will guide you through the return process, providing you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, set at a flat rate of 50 EGP, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items:
Some items are non-returnable, including gift cards, swimwear, earrings and personalized or custom-made products.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
